I originally created my rub for the Roast Beef recipe at
the restaurant. It was such a hit, it quickly became the preferred seasoning
for chicken wings, French fries, fish, burgers, and more.

That’s when I knew it was something unique. Over the
years, I’ve made countless batches for friends and family. They’ve always told
me; “you need to sell this”. Well … here you go!
